Refund Policy

At HMB Barbers we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service.  We spend significant time and money training our team to deliver the best experience possible to our amazing clients, however, as humans we sometimes miss the mark, the below outlines how we will rectify these situations in the rare moments we miss the mark in order to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.

Products:

To be eligible to return a product it must be unused, unopen and in original condition.  The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and returned to the store it was originally purchased from, if purchased online the item can be returned to our head office.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping, initial shipping costs will not be refunded in the event the customer has a change of mind.

In the event of a defective product, HMB Barbers will replace the item at no cost upon return of the item and confirmation of the defect.

Haircuts:

Should you be dissatisfied with your hair cut please contact us immediately on any of our social media platforms or email at, info@hmbbarbers.com.au

In most cases a cut can be fixed, in this event we will direct to you the senior barber in store and have your cut fixed ASAP.

In rare cases the cut cannot be fixed, in this situation we will work on a staged solution for you to have you looking your best as soon as possible.

Gift cards:

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, no change will be given on gift card purchases, however you can use part payment on any gift card transaction. 

We reserve the right to request proof of payment before rectifying and refund or cut, this can be via a receipt or bank statement.
